Portfolio management
This module gives you the techniques and tools needed to manage several, not necessarily related, changes and projects. As a result you and your team will be able to instantly be aware of the state of the portfolio and the changes you need to concentrate on. Duration 1 and half hours
What you will learn as a practitioner
Understand the difference between programme, project and portfolio management.
Be able to construct a portfolio of projects which will allow you to schedule resources across many areas and projects
Be able to construct a visible understanding of what state projects and resources are in, allowing you to plan resources.
Learning objective
You will receive a template which you or your team can use to show you the current and predicted state of each change or project. You will be able to define a critical mission project which can drive the construction of the portfolio.
