Project/Change management

We offer 2 types of training:-  1) for staff of any level who wish to actively manage a project and 2) for executives who wish to delegate a project and ensure it runs to a successful conclusion. The executive course is one hour. The active practitioners course is 4 x 1 hour sessions. 

What you will learn as a practitioner

Understand the key features of project planning, initiation, execution and closedown.

Understand the 4 different types of projects and how to confirm the priorities needed to achieve the project goal.

How to construct a project plan with an initiation document, a schedule, a budget, a communications plan, a risk register and a quality plan.

How to gain project approval and manage monitoring and change processes that keep the project on track

How to structure and deliver a change so it ALWAYS achieves its objectives
